Jewish Association KOSHER rating given only to products meeting extremely strict standards of quality and purity. The procedure involves a visit by a rabbi, a representative of a certified laboratory, who carefully inspects the plantations, the work methods, the production and processing itself, as well as the individual ingredients. The rating is given only if everything is found to meet the high standards of "Kasher".
In many circles, it is believed that products bearing the "Kosher" approval are superior in quality.
For many religious groups, the Kosher logo is a sign that this product is harmless and of good quality.
